What do we get from the architect and why?
The task of the architect is to design the building. This includes everything from crowdfunding through functions to coordination with the authorities. When the planning process has finished, we either have a license holder or an implementation plan in our hands. Part of this is a facade plan, which is preferably colorful or rudimentary modeled. A plan must include this so that the building can be built.
For a lay customer , it is as if Latin text is mixed with English. It's somewhat understandable, but it certainly doesn't give you the peace of mind when you analyze a floor plan, as if you were presented with a well-conceived visual plan. And as we know, purchasing decisions are based on emotions . That's why it doesn't matter if we create confusion or rather desire in the interested parties.
